Water is life…
It’s required by every person to stay alive & satisfy our health needs. This includes our body composition, mental focus, sleep and recovery.
It’s true that water is one of the key elements responsible for human life on earth and is vital for our survival. The human brain is composed of 95% water, lungs are 90%, blood is 83%, muscles are 76%, and bones are 22% water.
No surprise, most of us drink below the daily recommended quota. Even though most people know about the health benefits of water, just about everyone falls short of the ‘eight glasses a day’ recommendation.
But do you really need to drink 8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated? What about all the places people live where it’s almost impossible to drink that much during the day?
Join Dr. Bruce and Dr. Annie on the Movement is Medicine Show to discover a new way to think about hydration and how you can move beyond the ‘8 glasses a day’ way of living.
