My first visit today with Dr. Ashley was INCREDIBLE‼️ From Diane at the front desk to Dr Ashley’s sweet puppy Kala, it was a delightful experience in every way! I can’t say enough about how lovely my visit was from head2toe!! I have been waiting for the right Dr to come along and now I can say I will be her patient for life! Mahalo nui loa 🌺 Dr Ashley

I’ve received treatment from both Dr. Ashley and Dr. Lee, and they have both been wonderful. During my pregnancy, Dr. Lee took care of me, especially when I started experiencing soreness and discomfort after the first trimester. He was incredibly attentive, addressing all my issues and ensuring I felt well cared for. The trainers have also been a great support with the exercises, particularly Kimo, who has been especially helpful. The receptionists are welcoming too!! Highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Annie and her team for well over a decade. My needs and issues have changed over the years and the team has always been able to help me get back to doing what I love, from running , hiking, gardening, to what I have to do (sitting at a desk, chopping vegetables and surviving business travel).I often joke that Active Release therapy (ART) saved my life but it’s truly the holistic approach, willingness to look at other providers input, and genuine good people that I trust that makes all the difference. Head 2 Tow Spine and Sports Therapy has been amazing in rebuilding my health and wellness after a painful lower back injury. Dr. Lee Schuster, my chiropractor, has continuously informed me of the interconnectivity of muscles and how they impact my mobility and strength to help with the healing process.Further, Kimo and the physical therapy team taught me movements and exercises to do at home to further enhance treatments and provide me tools to help myself in the recovery process.I have learned more about self-sustaining methods and how the body interacts in ways that in 20 years of PT and chiro treatments have never been explained to me. It has been an amazing team to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone suffering from physical ailments.

They partner a chiropractor with a sports therapist that gets you moving. They have an app that shows your exercises and has built in timers & videos. They advocate the at-home work that leads to real healing. They are safe and effective in their adjustments and exercise recommendations. These guys have completely reversed my pain.

You won’t find better doctors than these people. I’ve been to lots of chiropractors in my life time. Dr Lee and Dr Tim know what they are talking about and have helped me overcome chronic pain as well as pain from a car accident. Their goal is to help you get better and not have to come see them every week. They will teach you how to take care of yourself as well with at home techniques so you don’t have to rely on them all the time to feel better.

Ive been looking for a manual therapist like Dr. Tim for years. He is strong and knows the right spots and techniques to help loosen my muscles and decrease my pain. I’ve referred another family member to him who is finally finding relief for his shoulder pain. I find Dr. Tims approach focusing mainly on soft tissue more effective than a PT who just gives exercises or a standard Chiropractor who just goes for the pops. His athletic trainer is good at showing me how to get the tight spots at home with a lacrosse ball. The lacrosse ball is actually very effective. The only thing that could be improved is the athletic trainers massage was too gentle. If you are hungry after a session there is a yummy and cheap Pho place across the parking lot too.

I originally found them because I didn't want just an adjustment, I was looking for someone who understood the entire body is connected and would dive deeper than what I was getting with other provider/facilities. I refer my clients here. Love Dr. Tim, always does great and always leave with relief that gets progressively better.

I have been working through a L&I claim for a work related elbow injury with Dr.Lee. I have not experienced anything less than excellence at Head to Toe.Great attention to detail, fantastic knowledge of repair and recovery techniques coupled with state of the art modalities.One of the best things is how well he listens. Very attentive, never in a rush, never dismissive.I send everyone I know here because I am 100% confident that they have my recovery as their PRIMARY concern and will do what it takes to get me back on track. Wonderful doctors and PT trainers. I came here with severe mobility issues in my neck, shoulders, and hip joints. Most movements caused me pain that ranged from uncomfortable to groaning-out-loud.A former coworker posted on Facebook a glowing endorsement of his experience here so I decided to give H2T a try.I was not disappointed in my choice.With their help I went from barely able to get into and out of my car, and not being able to run, to running again and enjoying a full range of motion with minimal pain. Some of my previously-painful movements I can now do completely pain free. Taking Aleve regularly has also helped knock down the inflammation that accompanied the pain. The exercises — repair and strengthening — coupled with Aleve has enabled me to return to the outdoor activities that I enjoy so much.Thank you to everyone at H2T! You are awesome!

Most of my life I was an avid mountain climber. That was until I broke my back after a nasty fall in 2012. Going from a place of continuously pushing my physical limits to finding ways to slow down was a difficult adjustment. In 2016 I gained a new title in life, and that was father. As the years have gone by, it has gotten increasingly more difficult to keep up with the pace of my son, Xavier, who as of now is playing little league baseball. Watching all the kids play ball with their fathers nearly broke me. I realized that was a moment I was never going to share with my son, and it was time to make a change. After much research I found Head 2 Toe Spine & Sports Therapy, and boy do I not regret my decision. My physical therapists Lee and Leah are world class. They've listened to my story and I can tell they are dedicated to me improving my life not only for myself, but for my family. It's going to be a long road, but with Lee and Leah by my side, I'm confident I'll make it.

Anyone that comes to this clinic is definitely in good hands! I’m a rugby player that’s been dealing with injuries recently and I’m more than grateful to have the trainers that work for Head2toe help treat my injuries, they know what they’re doing and they love their job that much to help keep you stable and healthy. One thing I really love is that you can always learn something new from them to help take care of your body even during the off days but this crew is legit and if you got back pains or in any type of pain, you might want to see them! S/o to my trainers Lee Schuster, Leah Semeraro and Brian Power, they make it easy for me to continue playing the sport I love and push me to be better for the future that comes.

I have been nervous for 30 years to see a chiropractor since a chiropractor damaged my rib cage that many years ago. However, the chronic pain finally was too much, and my GP said there is only 1 chiropractor to whom she would send anyone. Dr Annie has lived up to that recommendation. She has been gentle, compassionate (with my nervousness), and thorough in her plan and treatments. And my 82 year old mother saw her today for the first time!

Dr. Annie is a miracle worker truly. After my auto accident I was all twisted up. DR Annie's gentle ART Chiropractic techniques have made me feel much better. The friendly atmosphere at Head 2 Toe Spine & Sports Therapy helps to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. If you have spine and or sports injuries I highly recommend this ART technique. The laser treatments help with deep muscle and nerve pain as well.

Working with Dr. Schuster I found more relief in the first day than I did in years of bi-tri weekly visits at my last place due to the way the treat both the spine and soft tissue. I also appreciated the education and tools I got in regards to my issues because it also helps me take better care of myself in the long run.As the daughter of someone who works in the massage therapy business, I know I didn't need to be living in chronic pain in my 20s and 30s and I'm so glad I finally found some one who can help me.

The staff at Head 2 Toe are unbelievable! I have low back disc issues and the first time I went in, I was in so much pain I could hardly move. After a couple months I was able to play volleyball again pain free! I have also come back in for any flare ups and I always feel so much better after working with them. The combination of tissue work, chiropractic care, and exercises is the most efficient to not only get stronger but to address all the issues you might have, where as if you went to just the chiropractor you might only be addressing one piece of the puzzle.I’ve worked with Dr. Lee and he is the best! I highly recommend him for any injury. He is amazing and his goal to always to decrease the amount he sees you because that means everything is working well.Ten Stars to this place!!!

Everyone is so friendly and kind. They take time to know me and show genuine effort to meet my goal. My trainer, Lea is very proficient at what she does. I’ve been a patient at Head 2 Toe for 3 years now and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The doctors and support staff are all friendly and kind. They care about your health and take good care of you. I see Dr. Tim on a regular basis and he is an excellent chiropractor. He listens to what I need and is diligent in his care to help me with my pain so I can stay strong and balanced and keep up with my busy life. He is always good about working on my soft tissue for myofascial release before he adjusts me so that my adjustments are gentle, yet impactful. Truly a head 2 toe treatment! This place is amazing!!!! I’ve been working with Dr Lee and Leah for my two herniated discs in my lower back. I was at a point where I was feeling pain everyday and even bending over to pick something up was debilitating and painful. I went to them because they incorporate a few different techniques to give you a full physical therapy experience. The soft tissue work, chiropractic care AND physical therapy exercises combined has brought me back to being able to play beach volleyball with ZERO pain. I cannot thank them enough. I was going two to three times a week initially and after two months I’m now down to once every two weeks. If you are consistent with the easy at home exercises they give you. You will do great! Dr Lee is so knowledgeable, honest, and just a super great guy! Whether you are an athlete or not I know they can help!

For 6 months I was out of sports due to chronic low back pain and occasional hip pain that made basic tasks like putting on shoes or getting in and out of the car impossible. After 1 month of seeing Dr. Tim at Head2toe, I’m 90% better and am back to doing the sports & activities that I love. I would like to express my appreciation to Dr Lee and the Head-2-Toe staff. I came to the clinic very painful to lift up my right shoulder or move my right arm in a variety of different ways. Since my first visit, they’ve been helping me with the pain on my right shoulder/arm and after 7 visits, the movement in the affected areas have drastically improved. Dr. Lee, who is very knowledgeable with soft tissues, helped me to manipulate and work towards aligning my shoulder with patience and gentleness. Dr. Lee also has shown me some stretching techniques to maintain my shoulder/arm and keep it pain free. I have been feeling much better after learning these stretches. Once again, I just want to express how grateful and appreciative I am for the care and patience from Dr Lee and the Head-2-Toes staff.

I was in a car accident 18 months ago, and spent 16 of those months without any significant relief to my back injury until I started spinal massage with Said. It has made all the difference in the world! After about 2 months of sessions with Said my lower back/hip injury pain has decreased enormously. Having played sports all my life, I get injured from time to time, the past ten years of sitting behind a desk has made those injuries worse. Thankfully the team at Head2Toe is really good in assessing, healing and taking steps you can do at home and work to prevent future injuries . They listen to your issue (it’s not a one treatment fits all kind of place) and then they pay attention to your body, like engineers finding the root cause, exploring different movement until they get to what is causing the problem. Wonderful Clinic. Friendly staff. Dr. Annie listens to your goals for recovery and discusses options for managing chronic or acute issues. She isn't just focused on one area of your body but helps you to understand the interconnections of how pain in one area may be a result of another area. Needed relief from chronic tight ligaments involving the SI joint and IT band. The team offered several therapies to address my issues including Active Release, spinal adjustments and cupping. After 6 treatment sessions I had 85% improvement in my pain and soreness. I’ve continued to improve with exercises/stretches/foam rolling done at home. Great office and very pleasant people. I've been coming here for about 6 months or so ever since my previous chiropractor left his practice. I was seeking someone who could help continue the success I've had with soft tissue treatments (Graston and ART) for a knee injury I've had for years. I chose this clinic because they do a lot of that soft tissue work and also because I thought Dr. Annie would be a good fit for me as she has been a triathlete, like me, and I wanted someone who understands the needs of athletes.Dr. Annie is really amazing. Brian, her trainer who does some of the treatments, is also amazing. Dr Bruce, who has worked on me a few times when Dr. Annie was out, is also amazing (not for the faint of heart, though-- but so worth the pain!). I came in wanting monthly maintenance treatments for my knee and I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first when they proposed weekly sessions with a bunch of new types of therapy (including "cupping" on my quads). But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I really have been *thrilled* with the progress I've made. I had a fantastic racing season and had not ONE murmur of pain from the problem knee that was my limiting factor for 10 years. I am so grateful for Dr. Annie and her team for their very personalized, caring, and thoughtful approach to treatment. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I also recommend the office staff, as I had a billing/insurance snafu that came up and they resolved it with my insurance company without me having to lift a finger. It took weeks of calls on their part and I really appreciated it. FYI, parking is free and plentiful and the building is easy to find, though their suite took me a bit of poking around to finally locate. They are on the first floor left in the back.

I worked with Dr Harris and Brian, the athletic trainer after a neck injury and I would highly recommend! I'm also a rehab professional, so I'm not into the adjustment with no follow-up type of chiropractors, but Head-to-Toe has a comprehensive approach and I saw them for several treatments to put together some exercises to help avoid injury in the future. Definitely a good experience.

I had seen a doctor for some intermittent knee pain. My doc recommended PT before we went and performed any imaging. A few of the people who I work out with regularly referred me to Dr. Annie at Head 2 Toe. They were easily able to diagnose the cause for my treatment: right tight quads! My treatment: cupping! This worked wonders on my legs and knees. Some days it used to hurt to walk, let alone run. After a cupping treatment or two, it really helped and allowed me to increase my activity level without any discomfort. I have been SWEARING by the cupping treatment and would definitely recommend Dr. Annie and her clinic.

Love these guys! They're kind and friendly, they remember details about your life, and they want to help you feel better! I appreciate their approach to chiropractic medicine - it's more along the lines of osteopathy, with muscle manipulations and movement, etc. It has helped me restore mobility and correct my posture. I'm still on that long road, but I'm improving thanks to Dr. Bruce's efforts, and Kevin and Brian too. Dr. Annie is great also!
