Wonderful doctors and PT trainers. I came here with severe mobility issues in my neck, shoulders, and hip joints. Most movements caused me pain that ranged from uncomfortable to groaning-out-loud.A former coworker posted on Facebook a glowing endorsement of his experience here so I decided to give H2T a try.I was not disappointed in my choice.With their help I went from barely able to get into and out of my car, and not being able to run, to running again and enjoying a full range of motion with minimal pain. Some of my previously-painful movements I can now do completely pain free. Taking Aleve regularly has also helped knock down the inflammation that accompanied the pain. The exercises — repair and strengthening — coupled with Aleve has enabled me to return to the outdoor activities that I enjoy so much.Thank you to everyone at H2T! You are awesome!

Most of my life I was an avid mountain climber. That was until I broke my back after a nasty fall in 2012. Going from a place of continuously pushing my physical limits to finding ways to slow down was a difficult adjustment. In 2016 I gained a new title in life, and that was father. As the years have gone by, it has gotten increasingly more difficult to keep up with the pace of my son, Xavier, who as of now is playing little league baseball. Watching all the kids play ball with their fathers nearly broke me. I realized that was a moment I was never going to share with my son, and it was time to make a change. After much research I found Head 2 Toe Spine & Sports Therapy, and boy do I not regret my decision. My physical therapists Lee and Leah are world class. They've listened to my story and I can tell they are dedicated to me improving my life not only for myself, but for my family. It's going to be a long road, but with Lee and Leah by my side, I'm confident I'll make it.

Anyone that comes to this clinic is definitely in good hands! I’m a rugby player that’s been dealing with injuries recently and I’m more than grateful to have the trainers that work for Head2toe help treat my injuries, they know what they’re doing and they love their job that much to help keep you stable and healthy. One thing I really love is that you can always learn something new from them to help take care of your body even during the off days but this crew is legit and if you got back pains or in any type of pain, you might want to see them! I have been nervous for 30 years to see a chiropractor since a chiropractor damaged my rib cage that many years ago. However, the chronic pain finally was too much, and my GP said there is only 1 chiropractor to whom she would send anyone. Dr Annie has lived up to that recommendation. She has been gentle, compassionate (with my nervousness), and thorough in her plan and treatments. And my 82 year old mother saw her today for the first time!

The staff at Head 2 Toe are unbelievable! I have low back disc issues and the first time I went in, I was in so much pain I could hardly move. After a couple months I was able to play volleyball again pain free! I have also come back in for any flare ups and I always feel so much better after working with them. The combination of tissue work, chiropractic care, and exercises is the most efficient to not only get stronger but to address all the issues you might have, where as if you went to just the chiropractor you might only be addressing one piece of the puzzle.I’ve worked with Dr. Lee and he is the best! I’ve been a patient at Head 2 Toe for 3 years now and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The doctors and support staff are all friendly and kind. They care about your health and take good care of you. I see Dr. Tim on a regular basis and he is an excellent chiropractor. He listens to what I need and is diligent in his care to help me with my pain so I can stay strong and balanced and keep up with my busy life. He is always good about working on my soft tissue for myofascial release before he adjusts me so that my adjustments are gentle, yet impactful. Truly a head 2 toe treatment! This place is amazing!!!! I’ve been working with Dr Lee and Leah for my two herniated discs in my lower back. I was at a point where I was feeling pain everyday and even bending over to pick something up was debilitating and painful. I went to them because they incorporate a few different techniques to give you a full physical therapy experience. The soft tissue work, chiropractic care AND physical therapy exercises combined has brought me back to being able to play beach volleyball with ZERO pain. I cannot thank them enough. I was going two to three times a week initially and after two months I’m now down to once every two weeks. If you are consistent with the easy at home exercises they give you. You will do great! Dr Lee is so knowledgeable, honest, and just a super great guy! Whether you are an athlete or not I know they can help!

For 6 months I was out of sports due to chronic low back pain and occasional hip pain that made basic tasks like putting on shoes or getting in and out of the car impossible. After 1 month of seeing Dr. Tim at Head2toe, I’m 90% better and am back to doing the sports & activities that I love. They treated my low back and hip pain with muscle relaxation techniques and adjustments, and helped to prevent future pain with core strengthening exercises and mobility stretches. Highly recommend!

I would like to express my appreciation to Dr Lee and the Head-2-Toe staff. I came to the clinic very painful to lift up my right shoulder or move my right arm in a variety of different ways. Since my first visit, they’ve been helping me with the pain on my right shoulder/arm and after 7 visits, the movement in the affected areas have drastically improved. Dr. Lee, who is very knowledgeable with soft tissues, helped me to manipulate and work towards aligning my shoulder with patience and gentleness. Dr. Lee also has shown me some stretching techniques to maintain my shoulder/arm and keep it pain free. I have been feeling much better after learning these stretches. Once again, I just want to express how grateful and appreciative I am for the care and patience from Dr Lee and the Head-2-Toes staff.

I was in a car accident 18 months ago, and spent 16 of those months without any significant relief to my back injury until I started spinal massage with Said. It has made all the difference in the world! After about 2 months of sessions with Said my lower back/hip injury pain has decreased enormously. Having played sports all my life, I get injured from time to time, the past ten years of sitting behind a desk has made those injuries worse. Thankfully the team at Head2Toe is really good in assessing, healing and taking steps you can do at home and work to prevent future injuries . They listen to your issue (it’s not a one treatment fits all kind of place) and then they pay attention to your body, like engineers finding the root cause, exploring different movement until they get to what is causing the problem. Wonderful Clinic. Friendly staff. Dr. Annie listens to your goals for recovery and discusses options for managing chronic or acute issues. She isn't just focused on one area of your body but helps you to understand the interconnections of how pain in one area may be a result of another area. I highly recommend Head2toe. After 6-7 sessions with Dr. Lee I am able to play handball and golf with much less pain. Dr. Lee was able to diagnose my lower back pain and the proper treatment for it. I have been to many other professionals that were unable to accomplish this. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. The complimentary sessions for veterans are greatly appreciated.

Dr Annie and her team are amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful and the results I received from the treatments and exercises were fantastic. I came in to the clinic, barely able to walk from an injury at my gym and after 6 sessions I am back to exercising and walking again. Came in to get relief from left thumb pain mainly and also sciatica and knee pains. Been to PTs over the years, but this time Dr. Lee showed me new (to me) exercises to keep me pain free. Dr. Bruce is superb! He went above and beyond to help get me back on my feet not only with pt but also checking other aspects if my body ti get diagnosed. I appreciate the standard of care and compassion displayed by everyone at this office, I was having a lot of paid when I arrived and after several weeks the team was able to not only diagnosis my issues but also work together as a team to help me move to a more pain free state. Needed relief from chronic tight ligaments involving the SI joint and IT band. The team offered several therapies to address my issues including Active Release, spinal adjustments and cupping. After 6 treatment sessions I had 85% improvement in my pain and soreness. I’ve continued to improve with exercises/stretches/foam rolling done at home. Great office and very pleasant people. I've been coming here for about 6 months or so ever since my previous chiropractor left his practice. I was seeking someone who could help continue the success I've had with soft tissue treatments (Graston and ART) for a knee injury I've had for years. I chose this clinic because they do a lot of that soft tissue work and also because I thought Dr. Annie would be a good fit for me as she has been a triathlete, like me, and I wanted someone who understands the needs of athletes.Dr. Annie is really amazing. Brian, her trainer who does some of the treatments, is also amazing. Dr Bruce, who has worked on me a few times when Dr. Annie was out, is also amazing (not for the faint of heart, though-- but so worth the pain!). I came in wanting monthly maintenance treatments for my knee and I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first when they proposed weekly sessions with a bunch of new types of therapy (including "cupping" on my quads). But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I really have been *thrilled* with the progress I've made. I had a fantastic racing season and had not ONE murmur of pain from the problem knee that was my limiting factor for 10 years. I am so grateful for Dr. Annie and her team for their very personalized, caring, and thoughtful approach to treatment. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I also recommend the office staff, as I had a billing/insurance snafu that came up and they resolved it with my insurance company without me having to lift a finger. It took weeks of calls on their part and I really appreciated it. FYI, parking is free and plentiful and the building is easy to find, though their suite took me a bit of poking around to finally locate. They are on the first floor left in the back.

I worked with Dr Harris and Brian, the athletic trainer after a neck injury and I would highly recommend! I'm also a rehab professional, so I'm not into the adjustment with no follow-up type of chiropractors, but Head-to-Toe has a comprehensive approach and I saw them for several treatments to put together some exercises to help avoid injury in the future. Definitely a good experience.

I had seen a doctor for some intermittent knee pain. My doc recommended PT before we went and performed any imaging. A few of the people who I work out with regularly referred me to Dr. Annie at Head 2 Toe. They were easily able to diagnose the cause for my treatment: right tight quads! My treatment: cupping! This worked wonders on my legs and knees. Some days it used to hurt to walk, let alone run. After a cupping treatment or two, it really helped and allowed me to increase my activity level without any discomfort. I have been SWEARING by the cupping treatment and would definitely recommend Dr. Annie and her clinic.

I have never received such great care from one medical professional, let alone a team of professionals. I ended up to seeing two therapists today that I was not scheduled to see just because it was needed to decrease my lower back and hip inflammation. Love these guys! They're kind and friendly, they remember details about your life, and they want to help you feel better! I appreciate their approach to chiropractic medicine - it's more along the lines of osteopathy, with muscle manipulations and movement, etc. It has helped me restore mobility and correct my posture. I'm still on that long road, but I'm improving thanks to Dr. Bruce's efforts, and Kevin and Brian too. Dr. Annie is great also!
